  • Digital downloads: Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • The Concierge service: You may cancel within 14 days of purchase, provided we have not started work. Once you submit your intake form, work begins immediately and refunds are not available.

Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with anything you order directly from Hērnú Wellness. If you’ve purchased a digital product (such as a downloadable resource or personalised service), please note:

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the item has been delivered.

  • For personalised services (such as The Concierge), refunds are not available once the service has been provided, but if you have any issues, please get in touch — we want to make it right.

Important note about affiliate purchases

Hērnú Wellness often recommends products via trusted partners such as Amazon. If you purchase through one of these links, your order, payment, shipping, and any returns/refunds are handled directly by the retailer.

That means we are not responsible for refunds, postage, or customer service issues for affiliate purchases. Please check the retailer’s own refund and return policy for details.
